Cakrawala Team is a team of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) developers from Universitas Negeri Malang which was established on February 8, 2017. Cakrawala Team focuses on KRTI activities in the field of Racing Plane (RP) as an entry level and Technology Development (TD) as a concept for developing unmanned aircraft technology, and Fuel Engine Remote Control (FERC) as the development of unmanned ship technology.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) are unmanned vehicles that in the last decade have developed rapidly in the field of unmanned system research. Research in the field of unmanned vehicles is not only carried out by the Ministry of Defense or aviation agencies, but this progress has attracted the world of Higher Education to be involved in using this unmanned system technology in development and implementation in everyday life.
